Project Introduction and Overview

The Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) is completing a Terminal Planning Study to evaluate and identify how the terminal should evolve and be improved to better meet the needs of current and future users.

This Terminal Planning Study will analyze activity forecasts, space requirements, and alternative layouts. It will explore renovation, expansion, or replacement options while assessing adjacent airside and landside infrastructure, including the apron, roadways, parking, and multimodal access. Cost estimates, funding eligibility, and long-term planning will be key components, ensuring improvements meet terminal needs for at least 10 years post construction.

The graphic below outlines key steps in the planning process, from data collection and community engagement to final recommendations and approval.
